John Roy vs Vicente Carbon

Boxing Daily Report from the Forficula Promotion promoted show at Linden Donkin, Linden,  taking place on 24/10/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are John Roy (3 - 3 - 2) who hails from Linden, Guyana and Vicente Carbon(7 - 6 - 2) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Both Roy and Carbon weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Barry Brent, and the three ringside judges are Peter Lee, Harvey Pirnie and James Larrimore.  

Round 1: 

Carbon closes the distance.  Roy attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Carbon time to recover.  
Roy tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Carbon is on target with a cross.  
Roy connects with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Carbon's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Carbon's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
