Sam Nixon vs Daniel Whalen

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Liacouras Center, Philadelphia,  taking place on 20/11/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBO Intercontinental Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sam Nixon (22(16) - 4(1)) who hails from Ontario, USA and Daniel Whalen(28(5) - 3(1)) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Nixon and Whalen weighed in at 160 pounds.
