Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Abia State promoted show at Umuahia Vaziri, Umuahia,  taking place on 24/05/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Western African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Haaris Diab (8(2) - 0) who hails from Aba, Nigeria and Julien Mendy(7 - 0) from Touba, Senegal.  Both Diab and Mendy weighed in at 147 pounds.
