Matt Dorch vs Arnold Ploog

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 21/11/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matt Dorch (9(6) - 0) who hails from Ottawa, Canada and Arnold Ploog(14 - 12(1) - 1) from Kiel, Germany.  Both Dorch and Ploog weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rory Finnegan, and the three ringside judges are Leon Finnin, Ronan Murphy and Ross Gauld.  

Round 1: 

Dorch is looking to close the distance.  Dorch pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ploog throws a right hook, but Dorch ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Dorch pushes his forearm into Ploog's face.  The ref breaks Dorch's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ploog hits home with a left uppercut.  
Dorch lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Dorch is looking to close the distance and digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  Dorch clinches his opponent.  Dorch tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ploog behind the head. Dorch pushes his forearm into Ploog's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Dorch to stop fouling.  
Dorch lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ploog sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ploog throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Dorch advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS PLOOG!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Dorch ties up his opponent.  Dorch leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Dorch lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body, AND DROPS PLOOG!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Dorch manouvers Ploog onto the ropes.  Dorch is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Dorch lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND PLOOG IS KNOCKED DOWN!  The ref does not give Ploog the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Dorch!
