Xeres Bula vs Seferino Chapa

Boxing Daily Report from the Mugyenyi Promotions promoted show at Reynosa Bermudez, Reynosa,  taking place on 18/11/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Bula (20 - 3(2) - 1(NC)) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Seferino Chapa(18 - 12 - 1) from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.  Both Bula and Chapa weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Alvarez, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Armando, Rodrigo Franco and Isidro Morena.
