Brian Pugh vs John McClenny

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Emirates Arena, Glasgow,  taking place on 16/12/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The People's OG Brian Pugh (34(13) - 5 - 1) who hails from Glasgow, UK and John McClenny(6 - 6(1) - 4) from Edinburgh, UK.  Both Pugh and McClenny weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Anton Adam, and the three ringside judges are William Cooper, William Cooper and Adam McCorquodale.  

Round 1: 

Pugh closes the distance and is on target with a firm left uppercut to McClenny's body.  Pugh clinches his opponent.  Pugh pushes his forearm into McClenny's face.  The referee warns Pugh and breaks the clinch.
