Hikaru Akagi vs Michi Ige

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Jiro Seki Gym, Yokohama,  taking place on 28/11/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kanagawa Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hikaru Akagi (10 - 7 - 4) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Michi Ige(5 - 10 - 2) from Yokohama, Japan.  Akagi weighed in at 174 pounds and 3 ounces, while Ige weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nori Okuma, and the three ringside judges are Takeshi Furutani, Hajime Oh and Hitoshi Watanabe.  

Round 1: 

Ige sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Akagi lands a jab.

Akagi advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut.

Akagi switches the action to the outside.  Ige connects with an overhand right.  
Akagi manouvers Ige into the corner.  Ige hits home with a left hook.  
Ige hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Akagi's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Ige's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
