Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Showtime Gym, Miami,  taking place on 12/11/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Michael Hughes (1 - 0) who hails from Detroit, USA and Diego Lazo(1 - 1) from San Jose, USA.  Both Hughes and Lazo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alano Gimenez, and the three ringside judges are Arran Huntress, Cody Grant and James Sutherland.

Hughes forces Lazo to back into a corner.  Hughes hits home with a firm right hook.  
Hughes drives a sharp right uppercut into Lazo's body.  
Hughes drives a left uppercut into Lazo's liver.  
Hughes lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Hughes digs in a solid right hook to his opponents body.  Hughes attempts to land a right uppercut, but Lazo blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Hughes hits home with a solid left hook.  Hughes ties up his opponent.  Hughes pushes his forearm into Lazo's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Hughes.  
Hughes forces Lazo to retreat into a corner.  Hughes lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  As Hughes tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Lazo.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
