Clinton Gillis vs David Masterton

Boxing Daily Report from the Sijabala Promotions promoted show at Clint Ducat Gym, Montgomery,  taking place on 03/12/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Alabama Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Clinton Gillis (17 - 9 - 1) who hails from Huntsville, USA and David Masterton(16 - 7(1) - 1) from Montgomery, USA.  Both Gillis and Masterton weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jonathan Reid, and the three ringside judges are Brin Prentis, Owen Leckie and Owen Belliston.  

Round 1: 

Masterton is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Masterton attempts to land a jab, but Gillis dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Gillis steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Masterton gets on the inside.  Masterton pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gillis connects with a right hook.
