Akhil Gupta vs Kalidas Banik

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Uttar Pradesh promoted show at Ghaziabad Sarang, Ghaziabad,  taking place on 23/12/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Akhil Gupta (16(7) - 1(1)) who hails from Chennai, India and Kalidas Banik(21(1) - 12(4) - 3) from Kanpur, India.  Both Gupta and Banik weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Devdas Fugro, and the three ringside judges are Damodar Ghoda, Abhay Beharry and Haider Hoda.

Banik walks Gupta onto the ropes.  Gupta knows Banik is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Gupta connects with a mean left hook.  DOWN GOES BANIK!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Gupta!
