Neron Pedraza vs Cortez Bejar

Boxing Daily Report from the Atsu Promotions promoted show at Diego Marciel Gym, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 13/12/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neron Pedraza (11(7) - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Cortez Bejar(16 - 10(1) - 3) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Both Pedraza and Bejar weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Tesoro, and the three ringside judges are Diego Rodrigo, Carlos Carreno and Carlos Ruedas.  

Round 1: 

Pedraza sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two straights to the head.  
Bejar is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Pedraza lands a straight 1 - 2.

Bejar steps away from his opponent.  Pedraza hits home with a spiteful jab.

Bejar walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Bejar sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Bejar throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Pedraza steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Pedraza steps to the outside and lands a ramrod jab.  
Pedraza lands an overhand left.  
Pedraza lands a cross.  
Pedraza lands a spiteful jab.  
Pedraza lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Pedraza lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Pedraza is looking to keep his distance and lands a telling cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE BEJAR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Bejar almost instantly gets his legs back.

Pedraza knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Pedraza lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS BEJAR TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  
Pedraza lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES BEJAR!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Pedraza!
