Santiago Penalver vs Beltran Valencia

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngcobo Promotions promoted show at Havana Najarro, Havana,  taking place on 16/12/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Penalver (28(3) - 2 - 1) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Beltran Valencia(4 - 0) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Penalver and Valencia weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fidel Juarez, and the three ringside judges are Berto Marcelino, Joaquin Olguin and Francisco Amaya.
