Adnan Wali vs Wayne Bamford

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Quainoo, Tamale,  taking place on 21/12/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Northern Ghana Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adnan Wali (10 - 1 - 1) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Wayne Bamford(7 - 12 - 1) from Tamale, Ghana.  Wali weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces, while Bamford weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nabulung Akamenya, and the three ringside judges are Makalo Donkor, Robert Eck and Fraser Habe.  

Round 1: 

Bamford is on target with a jab.  
Wali advances into close range.  Wali pivots to the left of his opponent.  Bamford connects with a right hook.  
Wali pivots to the left of his opponent.  Wali drives a jab into his opponents body.  Wali attempts to land a left hook, but Bamford blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Bamford is looking to close the distance and forces Wali to retreat into the corner.  As Bamford tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Wali dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Bamford connects with a left uppercut.  
Wali pivots to the right of his opponent.  Wali throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Wali closes the distance.  Bamford connects with a left hook.  Wali wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bamford dabs at his face checking for damage.  Bamford has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Bamford is on target with a left hook.
