Ronald McMahon vs Andy Abraham

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at O2 Academy, Glasgow,  taking place on 18/01/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ronald McMahon (13(8) - 0) who hails from Aberdeen, UK and Andy Abraham(16 - 18(3) - 5) from Glasgow, UK.  McMahon weighed in at 175 pounds, while Abraham weighed in at 174 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Anton Adam, and the three ringside judges are Iain MacCracken, Robert Priddy and Patrick McBeth.  

Round 1: 

McMahon drives a firm left hook into Abraham's ribs.  
McMahon tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  
McMahon tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS ABRAHAM DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Abraham almost instantly gets his legs back. 
McMahon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
McMahon hits the target with a hard jab.  
Abraham steps inside.  McMahon lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
McMahon feints a right, and then snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
McMahon is looking to keep the action on the outside.  McMahon feints a left, and then lands a jab.  
McMahon tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
McMahon lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Abraham walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  McMahon lands a stiff jab.  
Abraham steps inside.  McMahon drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Abraham pivots to the side of his opponent.  McMahon lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
McMahon hits home with a ramrod jab.  McMahon tries to land a jab, but Abraham slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
McMahon lands with a hard jab.  
Abraham closes the distance.  McMahon pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
McMahon switches the action to the outside.  McMahon sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Abraham steps inside.  McMahon pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Abraham steps inside and walks McMahon down, trapping him in the red corner.  McMahon lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Abraham gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but McMahon holds on to his opponent.  McMahon leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks McMahon's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Abraham's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Abraham's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

McMahon is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McMahon connects with a stinging cross.  
McMahon steps away from his opponent.  McMahon feints a left, and then drives a stinging cross into Abraham's body.  
McMahon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a stinging cross.  
Abraham sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  McMahon hits home with a solid overhand right.  
McMahon connects with a left hook.  
McMahon lands a solid cross.  
McMahon pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
McMahon lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
McMahon is looking to keep his distance.  McMahon senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  McMahon whips in a spiteful right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  DOWN GOES ABRAHAM!  He manages to get up at 8.  Abraham now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
McMahon contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Abraham attempts to land a left hook, but McMahon blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Abraham forces McMahon to retreat onto the ropes.  Abraham sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McMahon lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McMahon finds the target with a jab.  
McMahon lands a jab, left hook and a cross to his opponents head.  
Abraham advances into close range.  McMahon lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
McMahon feints a jab, and then lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
McMahon finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Abraham forces McMahon to retreat onto the ropes.  McMahon lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
McMahon feints a left, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Abraham's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Abraham's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Abraham closes the distance.  McMahon is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  McMahon clinches his opponent.  McMahon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Abraham tries to land a right hook, but McMahon parries the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
McMahon steps to the outside.  Abraham quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  McMahon lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Abraham sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  McMahon lands a stinging jab.  
McMahon tries to step out of his opponents range and lands with a stiff jab.  
McMahon lands a cross, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.
