Gennady Balakshin vs Sasha Karpovstev

Boxing Daily Report from the Shongwe Promotions promoted show at Perm Polyakov, Perm,  taking place on 29/12/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Perm Krai Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gennady Balakshin (22(11) - 0) who hails from Perm, Russia and Sasha Karpovstev(15 - 22(1) - 4) from Berezniki, Russia.  Both Balakshin and Karpovstev weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Borya Lukyanov, and the three ringside judges are Isaak Khoroshilov, Sergei Anyukov and Anton Khaybulaev.
