Peter Harp vs Josh Moncur

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-New South Wales promoted show at University of Newcastle Sports Hall, Newcastle,  taking place on 12/01/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Harp (26(22) - 0 - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Josh Moncur(1 - 3) from Sydney, Australia.  Harp weighed in at 129 pounds And 12 ounces, while Moncur weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Louis Porzhnev, and the three ringside judges are Neil Malis, Jordan Duane and Michael Taggart.  

Round 1: 

Harp lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Harp clinches his opponent.  Harp pushes his forearm into Moncur's face.  The ref breaks Harp's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Moncur is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Harp lands with a hard jab.  
Harp steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Moncur throws a right hook, but Harp ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Harp pushes his forearm into Moncur's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Harp.  
Harp forces Moncur to back into the red corner.  Harp lands a sharp left uppercut.  Harp holds on to his opponent.  Harp leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Harp is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Harp to stop fouling.  
Harp hits home with a left hook.  
Harp lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Moncur drives a left hook into Harp's ribs.  
Harp lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Harp senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Moncur and just needs the right shot.  Harp lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS MONCUR TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Moncur now seems to have got his legs back.  
Harp lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND MONCUR IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Harp ties up his opponent.  Harp is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Harp pushes his forearm into Moncur's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Harp.  Moncur almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Harp digs in a sharp left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Harp drives a firm right hook into his opponents ribcage.  Harp holds on to his opponent.  Harp leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Harp pushes his forearm into Moncur's face.  The ref stops the action and sends Moncur to the neutral corner.  He takes Harp's arm and signals to each judge that a point should be deducted!  
Moncur switches the action to the outside.  Harp lands a jab.  
Harp sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Moncur throws a right uppercut, but Harp holds on to his opponent.  Harp tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Moncur's kidney. Harp is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Harp sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Moncur steps to the outside.  Harp hits home with a solid cross.  Harp tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Harp closes the distance and lands a right uppercut.  
Harp digs in a left hook to Moncur's body.  
Harp gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Moncur switches the action to the outside.  Harp connects with a sharp overhand right.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Moncur's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Harp crashes a mean right hook to his opponents body.  MONCUR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Harp steps inside and lands a FEROCIOUS left hook.  MONCUR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  
Harp connects with a solid left uppercut.  
Harp lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Harp ties up his opponent.  Harp leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Harp connects with a stinging right hook.  
Harp lands a left uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Harp lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Harp lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Moncur recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Harp lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Moncur lands a cross to Harp's body.  
Harp lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS MONCUR DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Harp!
