Nico Zappa vs Damiano Alberici

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Veneto promoted show at Verona Ippolito, Verona,  taking place on 14/01/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nico Zappa (20(3) - 1) who hails from Verona, Italy and Damiano Alberici(16(6) - 6(1)) from Foggia, Italy.  Both Zappa and Alberici weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Valentino Alberici, and the three ringside judges are Mariano Zurio, Nico Cingari and Alessandro Pizzorno.

Alberici is on target with a solid right uppercut to Zappa's body.  ZAPPA IS HURT!  Zappa quickly recovers.

He follows up the attack and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND ZAPPA IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Zappa has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
