Paul Clugston vs Michael Loane

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Oakland�Alameda County Coliseum, Oakland,  taking place on 16/03/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Paul Clugston (33(24) - 1) who hails from Austin, USA and Michael Loane(17(6) - 2) from Bridgeport, USA.  Both Clugston and Loane weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bart Craw, and the three ringside judges are Sam Lowe, Alen Pryor and Ian Pitcairn.  

Round 1: 

Clugston attempts to land a right hook, but Loane blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Loane steps to the outside and drives a stiff jab into his opponents face.

Loane throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Clugston time to recover.  
Clugston sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Clugston drives a sharp right hook into Loane's body.  Clugston throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
