Alfonso Lanza vs Pedro Claudio

Boxing Daily Report from the Handila Promotions promoted show at Santiago de los Caba Manuel, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 24/04/2021:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Lanza (7 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Pedro Claudio(8 - 1) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Lanza weighed in at 111 pounds and 13 ounces, while Claudio weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaverius Alonso, and the three ringside judges are Rogelio Coca, Guillermo Garzon and Frisco Valle.
