Xeres Corpus vs Santiago Basco

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Bolivar promoted show at Cartagena Carolus, Cartagena,  taking place on 19/01/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Bolivar Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Corpus (3 - 1) who hails from Cartagena, Colombia and Santiago Basco(10(1) - 0 - 1) from Cartagena, Colombia.  Corpus weighed in at 115 pounds, while Basco weighed in at 114 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Cabezas, and the three ringside judges are Diego Campa, Rodrigo Aguilera and Ponce Belmontes.  

Round 1: 

Corpus is looking to close the distance and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  Basco ties up his opponent.  Basco is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Basco to stop fouling.
