Dong-won Sung vs Thai Anh

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Changwon Football Center, Changwon,  taking place on 26/02/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KBS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are The Power Dong-won Sung (25(23) - 11(8)) who hails from Iksan, South Korea and Thai Anh(10(3) - 1(1) - 1) from Can Tho, Vietnam.  Sung weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces, while Anh weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yong-jae Ham, and the three ringside judges are Keun-ho Chon, Min-woo Kang and Myung-joo Paik.  

Round 1: 

Sung sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Sung lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  Sung tries to land a cross, but Anh blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Anh lands an overhand right.  Anh throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Anh closes the distance and lands a stinging left uppercut.  
Anh walks Sung down, trapping him on the ropes.  Sung lands a stinging left hook.  
Sung is on target with a left uppercut.  Sung attempts to land a left hook, but Anh sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Sung switches the action to the outside.  Anh finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Sung lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Sung lands a hard jab.  
Anh advances into close range.  Sung is on target with a stinging right uppercut to Anh's ribs.  
Sung hits home with a left hook.  Sung tries to land a left hook, but Anh sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Sung is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand left.  
Anh is looking to close the distance.  Sung lands a solid right hook.  
Sung lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Anh closes the distance.  Sung is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Sung lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND ANH IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Anh now seems to have got his legs back.  
Sung tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Sung lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Sung lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Anh almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Sung attempts to land a left hook, but Anh sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Sung switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  Sung attempts to land a cross, but Anh slips the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Sung steps away from his opponent.  Anh is on target with a firm cross.  
Anh closes the distance and lands a solid left hook.  
Anh stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Sung throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut to Sung's body.  
Anh tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a solid cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Anh's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Anh's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Anh is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Sung lands with a stiff jab.  Sung tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Anh advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right hook to Sung's body.  
Sung lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND ANH IS DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Sung!
