Tino Bortone vs Rico Calzaghe

Boxing Daily Report from the Biira Promotions promoted show at Turin Bornacin, Turin,  taking place on 25/01/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Piedmont Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tino Bortone (16(3) - 9) who hails from Turin, Italy and Rico Calzaghe(5 - 7 - 1) from Turin, Italy.  Bortone weighed in at 112 pounds, while Calzaghe weighed in at 111 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alberto Ghezzi, and the three ringside judges are Vico Buglio, Fabio Rauti and Nico Destro.  

Round 1: 

Calzaghe closes the distance.  Bortone throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Bortone lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Bortone is looking to close the distance and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
