Alejandro Borge vs Esteban Lucero

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Gimnasio Nacional, San Jose,  taking place on 11/02/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Costa Rica Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TD+, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Borge (20(14) - 1(1)) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Esteban Lucero(11 - 2 - 2) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Borge weighed in at 239 pounds And 1 ounces, while Lucero weighed in at 232 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Vegas, and the three ringside judges are Pancho Marroquin, Tadzio Karp and Fraco Dario.  

Round 1: 

Borge connects with a firm cross.

Lucero gets on the inside and walks Borge down, trapping him on the ropes.  Borge lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  As Borge tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lucero dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Borge pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Borge pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Borge cuts off the ring, trapping Lucero on the ropes.  Lucero tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Borge advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Borge lands a left hook.  Borge tries to land a left uppercut, but Lucero sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Borge lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
