Shinji Otake vs Takeo Bando

Boxing Daily Report from the Sam Promotions promoted show at Fukuoka Kikuchi, Fukuoka,  taking place on 28/01/2033:

Clearly Sam Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shinji Otake (9 - 11(1) - 4) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Takeo Bando(2 - 13 - 3) from Kitakyushu, Japan.  Both Otake and Bando weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Sakai, and the three ringside judges are Nao Kuse, Fumio Hara and Satoshi Shinsato.
