Bilal Salik vs Syed Hai

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbeki Promotions promoted show at Shehu Adekunde Gym, Aba,  taking place on 31/01/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Abia State Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bilal Salik (8 - 4 - 3) who hails from Umuahia, Nigeria and Syed Hai(23 - 14(3) - 5) from Aba, Nigeria.  Both Salik and Hai weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yakubu Egbedi, and the three ringside judges are Bright Imenger, Emem Gberu and Zuffur Kabir.  

Round 1: 

Salik steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Hai advances into close range.  Salik is on target with a right hook.
