Dominic Hammell vs Peter Sinton

Boxing Daily Report from the Bimi Promotions promoted show at Savannah Flockhart, Savannah,  taking place on 07/02/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Georgia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dominic Hammell (19(2) - 6) who hails from Athens, USA and Peter Sinton(15 - 14(1) - 3) from Augusta, USA.  Both Hammell and Sinton weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Will Sangster, and the three ringside judges are Rob Bardsley, Chris Wigton and Hugh Wilk.  

Round 1: 

Hammell gets on the inside.  Sinton throws a left hook, but Hammell ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Hammell pushes his forearm into Sinton's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Hammell about fouling.  
Hammell advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Sinton steps away from his opponent.  Hammell connects with a cross.  
Hammell steps inside.  Sinton throws a right hook, but Hammell holds on to his opponent.  Hammell tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Sinton behind the head. Hammell leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Hammell's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Sinton steps to the outside.  Sinton feints a cross, and then goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Hammell time to recover.
