Jerrold Quintero vs Luis Montes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Buenos Aires promoted show at Buenos Aires Montera, Buenos Aires,  taking place on 14/02/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Buenos Aires Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jerrold Quintero (9 - 0) who hails from Mar del Plata, Argentina and Luis Montes(8(4) - 0) from Merlo, Argentina.  Both Quintero and Montes weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alfonso Olan, and the three ringside judges are Guillermo Enriquez, Xabat Portilla and Senon Rolon.  

Round 1: 

Montes gets on the inside.  Montes sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Quintero throws a left hook, but Montes ties up his opponent.  Montes is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Montes about fouling.

Quintero switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a jab.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Quintero has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Quintero is looking to keep his distance and tries to land an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Montes closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.

Montes is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Quintero in the red corner.  Montes lands a sharp right uppercut.  
Montes sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Montes throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
