Wilfredo Gerg vs August Salm

Boxing Daily Report from the Appiah Promotions promoted show at Appiah Gym, Hanover,  taking place on 19/02/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Lower Saxony Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wilfredo Gerg (15(8) - 4) who hails from Hanover, Germany and August Salm(7 - 15 - 2) from Hanover, Germany.  Gerg weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces, while Salm weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rodolf Arlt, and the three ringside judges are Ivo Giedd, Gerrard Bixel and Lodovico Johnsen.  

Round 1: 

Salm steps inside and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Gerg sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut to his opponents body.

Salm steps inside and throws a left hook, but Gerg ties up his opponent.  Gerg leans on his opponent using all his weight. Gerg tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Salm behind the head. The ref breaks Gerg's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
