Rico Cursi vs Antonio Giovanni

Boxing Daily Report from the Sikatana Promotions promoted show at Alfredo Senatore Gym, Catania,  taking place on 24/02/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Sicily Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Cursi (13 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Antonio Giovanni(11 - 7 - 3) from Palermo, Italy.  Both Cursi and Giovanni weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gianmarco Folena, and the three ringside judges are Angelo Misserville, Luca Catanoso and Claudio Pasqual.  

Round 1: 

Cursi is looking to close the distance.  Giovanni is on target with a left uppercut.
