Laken Govender vs John Ngassi

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Volkswagen  Dobsonville Stadium, Soweto,  taking place on 01/05/2033:

Clearly South African Boxers have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Laken Govender (24(3) - 1(1)) who hails from Randburg, South Africa and John Ngassi(18(4) - 7(1)) from Durban, South Africa.  Both Govender and Ngassi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Uba Akamenya, and the three ringside judges are David Demuto, Justus De Vries and Eric Nhlapo.
