Viktor Blinkov vs Lazar Panov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Kemerovo Oblast promoted show at Mikhail Tarasov Gym, Kemerovo,  taking place on 03/03/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Kemerovo Oblast Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Blinkov (6 - 13(1) - 2) who hails from Kemerovo, Russia and Lazar Panov(12(3) - 2) from Kemerovo, Russia.  Blinkov weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Panov weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boris Chaplin, and the three ringside judges are Gennady Shatov, Dmitriy Kovalik and Yulian Mekhontsev.
