Dai Fail vs Mark Callander

Boxing Daily Report from the Chileya Promotions promoted show at Paul Fiddes Gym, Baltimore,  taking place on 06/03/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Maryland Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dai Fail (2 - 5 - 2) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Mark Callander(8 - 19 - 2) from Baltimore, USA.  Fail weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Callander weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isaac Down, and the three ringside judges are Declan Mateer, Ellis Nevels and Mark Leap.  

Round 1: 

Fail lands a right uppercut.  
Fail is on target with a right hook.  
Fail throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Fail tries to land a left hook, but Callander slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Fail's body.

Fail throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Callander holds on to his opponent.  Fail hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Fail attempts to land a left hook, but Callander slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Callander quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Fail steps away from his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Fail forces Callander to retreat into the corner.  Callander connects with a left hook.

Callander tries to land a right hook, but Fail dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fail dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Fail attempts to land a left hook, but Callander slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

As Callander tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fail dabs at his face checking for damage.  Fail has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Fail is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a cross.  
Fail tries to keep the action at long range.  Callander connects with an overhand right.  
Callander throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Callander holds on to his opponent.  Fail leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
