Elliot Whitton vs David Bagby

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Utah promoted show at Richie Akins Gym, Salt Lake City,  taking place on 08/03/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Utah Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Whitton (6 - 9 - 1) who hails from Salt Lake City, USA and David Bagby(11(2) - 0) from Salt Lake City, USA.  Whitton weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces, while Bagby weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arran Doyle, and the three ringside judges are John Egerton, John Egerton and Jordan Burke.  

Round 1: 

Bagby is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Bagby lands two left uppercuts to the body, and one to the head.  
Bagby drives a stinging right hook into Whitton's body.  Bagby clinches his opponent.  Bagby pushes his forearm into Whitton's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bagby about fouling.  
Whitton tries to keep the action at long range.  Bagby lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Bagby lands a left hook to the head followed by two left uppercut's to the body.  Bagby clinches his opponent.  Bagby tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Whitton behind the head. The referee warns Bagby and breaks the clinch.  
Whitton is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Bagby connects with a cross.  
Whitton lands a cross.  
Bagby gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Bagby clinches his opponent.  Bagby leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Bagby steps inside and drives a right hook into Whitton's ribs.
