Brett Moncayo vs Arran Jones

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at AT&T Park, San Francisco,  taking place on 04/05/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brett Moncayo (6(4) - 0) who hails from Reno, USA and Arran Jones(25 - 13(5) - 1) from Long Beach, USA.  Moncayo weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces, while Jones weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Davie Keir, and the three ringside judges are Ian Pitcairn, Kiki Aybar and Brin Howden.  

Round 1: 

Moncayo closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Jones connects with a cross.

Moncayo walks Jones down, trapping him in a corner.  Jones throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm left hook.  
Moncayo gets on the inside.  Moncayo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Moncayo drives a ramrod jab into his opponents face.

Jones throws a right hook, but Moncayo clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Moncayo pushes his forearm into Jones's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Moncayo about fouling.  
Moncayo manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Moncayo lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Moncayo connects with a left hook.  
Moncayo drives a sharp left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Jones hits home with a left hook.  Moncayo clinches his opponent.  Moncayo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Moncayo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Moncayo feints a jab, tricking Jones into launching a right uppercut counter.  Moncayo is waiting for the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Jones tries to step out of his opponents range.  Moncayo lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.
