Zain Ghannam vs Theo Miu

Boxing Daily Report from the Cicak promoted show at Kuala Lumpur Loi, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 24/03/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zain Ghannam (10 - 11(2)) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Theo Miu(19(15) - 4(3)) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Both Ghannam and Miu weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zuffur Haq, and the three ringside judges are Adnan Wasti, Obaid Ishmael and Tariq Ahmed.  

Round 1: 

Miu pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ghannam attempts to land a cross, but Miu sidesteps and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Miu advances into close range and manouvers Ghannam into the corner.  Miu pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ghannam throws a left hook, but Miu holds on to his opponent.  Ghannam leans on his opponent using all his weight. Miu is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Miu lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Ghannam quickly recovers. 
Miu lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Miu forces Ghannam to back into the corner.  Miu lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Miu is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Miu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Miu pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a stiff jab.  
Miu lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Miu ties up his opponent.  Miu pushes his forearm into Ghannam's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Miu about fouling.  
Miu lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Miu ties up his opponent.  Miu pushes his forearm into Ghannam's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Miu manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Miu drives a stinging right hook into Ghannam's ribcage.  
Miu lands a left uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Miu holds on to his opponent.  Miu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Miu is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross.  
Miu gets on the inside and digs in a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Miu is on target with a HUGE left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE GHANNAM WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Miu holds on to his opponent.  Miu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Ghannam pushes his forearm into Miu's face.  The ref breaks Miu's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Ghannam recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Miu hits home with a left hook.  Miu attempts to land a right uppercut, but Ghannam parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Miu's ribcage.  
Ghannam throws a left uppercut, but Miu holds on to his opponent.  Miu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Miu drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.  Miu holds on to his opponent.  Miu leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Ghannam hits home with a left hook.  
Miu advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Miu hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Miu gets on the inside and lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Miu lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Miu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a solid right uppercut.  
Miu lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ghannam's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Ghannam's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Miu gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Miu pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Miu is on target with a left uppercut.  
Miu lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Ghannam is looking to keep his distance.  Miu stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Miu lands two left hooks followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Miu!
