Boxing Daily Report from the Gyan Promotions promoted show at Palermo La Forgia, Palermo,  taking place on 23/03/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy-Sicily Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Giuseppe Giovinco (22 - 11(1) - 4) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Alessandro Paletta(17(1) - 1) from Catania, Italy.  Giovinco weighed in at 230 pounds and 5 ounces, while Paletta weighed in at 230 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leonardo Bartolini, and the three ringside judges are Savio Trapattoni, Mario Battaglia and Rocco Galati.
