Rehan Elshennawi vs Khalid Koroma

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jordan-Zarqa promoted show at Zarqa Asmar, Zarqa,  taking place on 24/03/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Jordan-Zarqa Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on JTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rehan Elshennawi (16 - 10 - 3) who hails from Russeifa, Jordan and Khalid Koroma(14(4) - 7(1) - 1) from Russeifa, Jordan.  Both Elshennawi and Koroma weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Jabr, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Tanoos, Kamran Atiyah and Syed Naggar.  

Round 1: 

Koroma gets on the inside.  Koroma pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  As Elshennawi tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Koroma dabs at his face checking for damage.
