Boxing Daily Report from the Dayo Olatunbosun promoted show at Fremont Malpass, Fremont,  taking place on 08/04/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-California Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zachary Scott (11 - 7(2) - 2) who hails from Stockton, USA and Chris Gerrie(18 - 20 - 5) from Oakland, USA.  Both Scott and Gerrie weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Kelsoe, and the three ringside judges are Josh Butchart, Justin Lever and Mason Boyter.  

Round 1: 

Scott sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gerrie lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Scott gets on the inside.  Scott wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gerrie dabs at his face checking for damage.

Scott drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Scott is looking to close the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Gerrie has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
