Hamdan Ghakupoff vs Eiji Sano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Toyohashi City Gymnasium, Toyohashi,  taking place on 13/04/2033:

Clearly AI Japan-Aichi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hamdan Ghakupoff (10(9) - 0) who hails from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and Eiji Sano(3 - 7 - 3) from Nagoya, Japan.  Ghakupoff weighed in at 135 pounds, while Sano weighed in at 134 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Okamoto, and the three ringside judges are Mikio Chino, Kenji Shimoda and Hiro Taketa.  

Round 1:

Ghakupoff steps to the outside.  Ghakupoff quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff is looking to keep his distance and lands with a hard jab.  
Ghakupoff sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ghakupoff lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Sano recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Sano gets on the inside.  Ghakupoff lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Sano tries to land a right hook, but Ghakupoff dodges the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Ghakupoff steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Sano almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Ghakupoff lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff feints a left, and then hits home with a solid cross.

Ghakupoff lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Sano almost instantly gets his legs back.

Sano tries to land a right hook, but Ghakupoff slips the shot and counters with a solid left hook to his opponents body.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Sano's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Sano's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Sano's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Ghakupoff switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff is on target with a firm right hook.  
Ghakupoff finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Ghakupoff tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Ghakupoff finds the target with a jab.  
Ghakupoff lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Sano recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Sano pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ghakupoff lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Ghakupoff lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Sano advances into close range.  Ghakupoff stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Ghakupoff lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS SANO TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Ghakupoff!
