Reyes Galas vs Alejandro Diaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Mutagamba Promotions promoted show at Santa Fe de la Vera Marcano, Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz,  taking place on 15/04/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Santa Fe Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Reyes Galas (6 - 10(1) - 3) who hails from Rosario, Argentina and Alejandro Diaz(2 - 4(1)) from Rosario, Argentina.  Galas weighed in at 107 pounds and 10 ounces, while Diaz weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricardo Mesa, and the three ringside judges are Diego Ferrera, Desiderio Cruz and Diego Merino.  

Round 1: 

Galas pivots to the right of his opponent and throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Diaz's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
