Avel Kukura vs Dmytro Motyka

Boxing Daily Report from the Papugyan Promotions promoted show at Avel Krisko Gym, Gomel,  taking place on 17/04/2033:

Clearly Papugyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-East Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Avel Kukura (6 - 4 - 1) who hails from Vitebsk, Belarus and Dmytro Motyka(8 - 2(1)) from Mogilev, Belarus.  Both Kukura and Motyka weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luka Kostiuk, and the three ringside judges are Evgeny Gaikov, Sergei Zahorsky and Dmitri Rusinov.  

Round 1: 

Motyka sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Motyka is on target with a right uppercut.  
Kukura is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Kukura manouvers Motyka into the red corner.  Motyka digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
As Motyka tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kukura dabs at his face checking for damage.
