Simba Ako vs Sammy Osei

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Ashanti promoted show at Kumasi Kuenyehia, Kumasi,  taking place on 25/04/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana-Ashanti Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Simba Ako (19 - 10 - 5) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Sammy Osei(20 - 7(1) - 3) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Ako weighed in at 246 pounds And 9 ounces, while Osei weighed in at 227 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mason Attoh, and the three ringside judges are Nabulung Ayew, James Ampomah and Malcolm Habe.  

Round 1: 

Osei gets on the inside.  Ako pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ako throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Ako has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused bad swelling  around the right eye.
