Diego Mingo vs Lewis Manabat

Boxing Daily Report from the Maghakian Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Orongan, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/04/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Mingo (22(1) - 3) who hails from Mandaue, Philippines and Lewis Manabat(23 - 9 - 2) from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines.  Mingo weighed in at 147 pounds, while Manabat weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Baliad, and the three ringside judges are Mark Alviar, Jose Madijanon and Stuart Magpatoc.
