Gig Corona vs Franco Velasquez

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Gimnasio Nacional, San Jose,  taking place on 11/06/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Costa Rica Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TD+, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gig Corona (25(3) - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Franco Velasquez(9(4) - 5 - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Corona weighed in at 139 pounds and 6 ounces, while Velasquez weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Cendejas, and the three ringside judges are Esteban Macario, Vicente Guzman and Agapetus Magdaleno.
