Alec East vs Wayne Mairs

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Manchester Velodrome, Manchester,  taking place on 27/05/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Dave, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The Prodigy Alec East (21(9) - 4(2)) who hails from Derby, UK and Wayne Mairs(6(2) - 3) from Sheffield, UK.  Both East and Mairs weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Ewings, and the three ringside judges are Colin Bowen, Sam Colden and Owen Wallace.  

Round 1:
