Hiroki Morimoto vs Arnie Mabon

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Place Bell, Laval,  taking place on 28/05/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hiroki Morimoto (9(3) - 0) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Arnie Mabon(9 - 9 - 4) from Vancouver, Canada.  Morimoto weighed in at 245 pounds And 1 ounces, while Mabon weighed in at 244 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Briant Sarraute, Verrier Luna and Launcelot Rozenthal.  

Round 1: 

Morimoto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Morimoto pivots to the left of his opponent.  Morimoto lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Morimoto throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Morimoto steps to the outside.  Morimoto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Morimoto lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Morimoto advances into close range and lands a stinging right hook.  
Morimoto lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Morimoto lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Mabon switches the action to the outside.  Morimoto feints a right hook, and then lands a cross.  
Morimoto advances into close range and lands two right hooks followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Morimoto gets on the inside.  Morimoto leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Mabon tries to tag Morimoto on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Mabon sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Morimoto lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Morimoto drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Morimoto lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Mabon quickly recovers. 
Morimoto steps to the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Mabon switches the action to the outside.  Morimoto lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Morimoto gets on the inside and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Morimoto is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a sharp jab.  
Morimoto advances into close range.  Mabon sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Morimoto is on target with a solid left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mabon's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Mabon's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Mabon's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Morimoto closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Mabon switches the action to the outside.  Morimoto hits home with a firm cross.  
Mabon feints a cross, but Morimoto does not fall for it and responds with a stinging cross.  
Morimoto gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Mabon throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.

Morimoto throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Morimoto is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND MABON IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.
