Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Connacht promoted show at Ireland-Connacht Gym, Galway,  taking place on 07/05/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are James Whitson (9(2) - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Cork, Ireland and Karl Laidlaw(24(20) - 9(8)) from Galway, Ireland.  Both Whitson and Laidlaw weighed in at 168 pounds.
