Brad Kalanzi vs Hassan Abed

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Mwesige, Lira,  taking place on 17/05/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Brad Kalanzi (9(5) - 0) who hails from Gulu, Uganda and Hassan Abed(18 - 13(3) - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Kalanzi and Abed weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasin Dia, and the three ringside judges are Useni Kayemba, Chiamaka Mugasa and Malcolm Kalemazikusoka.  

Round 1: 

Kalanzi is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.
