Wu-pen Pan vs Xin Zhao

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Heilongjiang promoted show at On Chiang Gym, Daqing,  taking place on 20/05/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Heilongjiang Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wu-pen Pan (8 - 5 - 6) who hails from Qiqihar, China and Xin Zhao(3 - 16 - 4) from Daqing, China.  Pan weighed in at 249 pounds and 4 ounces, while Zhao weighed in at 228 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Li-Liang Teo, and the three ringside judges are Gao Tao, Tung Shieh and Gao Lim.  

Round 1: 

Pan advances into close range.  Pan pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Pan walks Zhao into the red corner.  Pan lands a left hook.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Zhao has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Pan pivots to the side of his opponent.  Zhao drives a left hook into Pan's body.  
Pan is looking to close the distance.  Pan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Pan is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Zhao throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Pan's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Pan wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Zhao dabs at his face checking for damage.

Zhao steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Pan pivots to the side of his opponent.  Pan tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
