Montgomery Mbongo vs Tugdual Brunet

Boxing Daily Report from the Gbedema Promotions promoted show at Garoua Matute, Garoua,  taking place on 21/05/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montgomery Mbongo (4 - 10 - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Tugdual Brunet(16 - 12(1) - 3) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Mbongo and Brunet weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sinjon Ndjodo, and the three ringside judges are Laramie Bill, Emmanuel Biyik and Sinjon Ndjodo.  

Round 1: 

Mbongo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Brunet connects with a left hook.  
Mbongo advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.  
Mbongo gets on the inside.  Mbongo throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Brunet's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
